I am a social worker, health educator, and integrative wellness guide who bridges clinical practice with holistic healing. With over 20 years of experience in meditation, creative expression, and trauma-informed care, I help individuals navigate life transitions, strengthen resilience, and live with greater authenticity. My approach blends practical strategies with compassionate support, offering space for healing, growth, and transformation.

Do you want more energy, resilience, or joy in your body? I guide clients through sustainable changes in lifestyle, nutrition, and physical well-being. We’ll start with small, realistic steps that build confidence and momentum. For those ready to quit tobacco, I am a nationally certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist, and also a former smoker. I provide judgment-free support that honors your own pace and goals.

Stress & Resilience

In our fast-paced world, learning to regulate stress is essential. I offer evidence-based techniques to calm the nervous system, improve sleep, restore balance, and increase emotional freedom. These practices

not only relieve anxiety but also strengthen your sense of dignity, integrity, and choice in how you respond to life’s challenges. We'll explore trauma-informed emotion regulation that speaks to your spirit, whether that be through music and sound healing, spending time in nature or with horses, through yoga and meditation, or other personalized pathways.

End-of-Life Doula Coaching

Facing the end of life, whether your own or a loved one’s, is both tender and profound. I create a safe, compassionate space to explore meaning, reflect on legacy, and nurture creativity and connection. Together, we can ease fear and anxiety while honoring your final wishes and the life you’ve lived. Every moment holds the possibility for transformation, acceptance, and peace.
